Tom McCrossin
GENERAL PARTNER
Tom began investing in real estate in 2006 when he purchased his first condominium at the age of 19. His experience continued to grow when he started buying, rebuilding and renovating homes with his wife in 2010. In 2019, Tom bought his first warehouse asset and since then he has built an industrial real estate portfolio worth +/- $38 million. Outside of the office, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife Liz and their dog Cooper and has recently started yoga.

Dave Chang
GENERAL PARTNER
Dave has been a finance professional since 2007 when he started his first job in corporate finance at the ONION. Dave moved to Asia in 2010 and worked in the region’s dynamic technology industry for four years before moving to the investment side by joining the family office of one of Asia’s largest conglomerates. Since then, Dave has been involved in financial transactions worth +/- $100 million. Outside of the office, Dave enjoys spending time with friends and family and is always keen for a tasty meal.
